Spacious Terrace: The terrace in the apartment was a delightful surprise! It felt like having our own private outdoor oasis, perfect for enjoying the stunning sea views while sipping a refreshing drink. It was so spacious that we could even do a little sunbathing or unwind with a good book. Definitely a highlight of our stay!

Fantastic location just next door to beach, food outlets and bars, the centre and the beach, and shopping center, bus station, everything great. Location so close to everything you could need. 5 minutes walk to Playa de el Bobo. Comfy beds, SPECIAL atmosphere. Bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Kitchenette for cooking.

Bad high speed Internet access.

On the whole, it’s decent place for having fun and exploring Playa de las Americas. The place is right by plenty of shops/restaurants, the sea and shops/restaurants and bars.

I didn't expect breakfast but the apartment had everything else we needed. It was practically brand new with all the necessary facilities. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were great at communicating and made our stay even better. Definitely recommend and will book again. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

I also appreciated the easy and convenient private parking. the bed in the apartment was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another highlight was the provision of beach towels, which was a thoughtful touch. the host was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

The location of Grazioso Studio in Las Americas is fantastic, only 1 km away from an exciting outdoor adventure water park. It is conveniently situated near the beach, a variety of dining options, lively bars, a shopping center, and the bus station.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Grazioso Studio! The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the facilities we needed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to shops and beaches. The hosts were very helpful and communication was great. We loved the comfortable bed and the beach towels provided. Will definitely recommend and book again soon!

The apartment with a terrace and sea views was absolutely stunning! The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and it made me feel like I was in paradise. As someone who loves being close to the ocean, this was a dream come true. I couldn't get enough of watching the waves and feeling the ocean breeze.

Personally, I found the TV in the living room to be a bit small. However, I understand that this might not be a big deal for some people, and there are other amazing features in the apartment to enjoy.

This apartment with a terrace and sea views is just perfect for a beach lover like me. The cozy bedroom and living room offer a comfortable space to relax after a day of sunbathing. The equipped kitchenette is great for preparing simple meals, and the flat-screen TV is a nice touch for some evening entertainment. Plus, waking up to the beautiful sea views from the terrace is simply magical.

One thing I personally didn't like was the shower in the bathroom. It felt a bit cramped for my liking.
